總公司成立于1990年，是以福建省豐富的森林資源為依托，擁有3家林業生產經營企業，年生產妥爾油系列產品10000噸，產純馬尾松蒸汽法脂松香10000噸及松香改性樹脂7000噸；同時以各種方式聯營、聯辦松焦油等各類加工廠，經濟、技術力量雄厚。為了方便中小客戶的需求，總公司已在上海，天津，深圳等地設立倉庫。
　　2009年2月上海分公司的正式成立，是進一步的銜接和完善了總公司的前進步伐，上海分公司一直以來秉承著總公司 “以誠為本，信譽至上” 的經營理念,以品質、價格、技術和服務贏得客戶的信賴與支持；靈敏的信息及靈活的策略,使我們不斷的成長，滿足不同客戶的需求。

　 　The headquarters is established in 1990,which is backed by the rich forest resources in Fujian Province .It owns 3 forestry production and management enterprises which produce nearly 10 thousand tons of tall oil series of productions， pure gum rosin steamed by masson pine 1 thousand tons and modified resin rosin 7 thousand tons annually.
